Runners of all abilities will delight in the small town atmosphere of downtown Nashua. The tree-lined course starts at the Medical Center's downtown campus at 10 prospect Street and heads southward, winding through several city neighborhoods. It cuts through the Rivier College campus, passes the fairways of the Nashua Country Club golf course, and loops back to the start.
Walkers will step off behind runners on a separate course at 10 Prospect Street. The 1.25-mile walkers' course winds through area neighborhoods ending at the corner of Dearborn and Prospect Streets. This enjoyable walk is an ideal Mother's Day activity for all the non-runners in the family who want to be part of the action and fun. Registration is quite reasonable, and kids 12 and under register for free for either the 6K race or 2K walk.
