Here are 10 tips to help you start the year off on the right track...and keep it for a lifetime.

1. Pick Out a Gym

Is it close to work, home or school? Is childcare provided? Are the hours of operation are convenient? Use these factors to help you determine which facility is most convenient and will help you stay on track.

Helpful Hint: Don't sign up for a gym that is more than 15 minutes from your home because after a long day of work, you may be tempted to skip the gym since it's not conveniently located.
