SaturdayEarly Saturday, do a group swim (if open water is an option). Afterwards, have a leisurely breakfast. Then head out on the bike for a long morning ride. Distances will vary, so have different people lead on different routes, ensuring that everyone can participate. In the late afternoon, once everyone is back from the ride, do a long trail run or road run.?
Saturday night have a group campfire, talk shop about triathlon, cook out in nature's kitchen and sleep under the stars.

SundaySunday, mix up the training you did for Saturday and just have fun with it. Start with a run, then bike and then swim, to challenge yourself in doing the triathlon events in reverse order. You can alter distances depending on the time people need to leave to get home.??
