Skinny CPK Tuscan Hummus

We love the Tuscan Hummus in California Pizza Kitchen's cookbook. It's made with ingredients that are all good for you. What makes it uniquely Italian is using white beans instead of garbanzo beans found in a traditional recipe. It's loaded with fresh garlic, Tahini, olive oil and seasonings.

Our skinny version retains the same great taste but with a fraction of the fat and calories. We're even including a Checca topping just like theirs.

This skinny dip has 116 calories and 5 grams of fat per serving. CPK's has 225 calories and 17 grams of fat for the same serving size. That's a big difference and you'll love ours!
