Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Join us for this 6 week session of fun on Tuesday evenings from 5:45- 6:30pm
This class will be progressive and nature so we are recommending individuals register for the full session however drop in payment is available to those who want to participate in this class but can not commit to the full session.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.
Please plan to wear clean dry shoes and if you have a yoga mat you may bring one. If you do not have a yoga mat one will be provided to you. All other needed materials for the class will be provided.
*Residents receive a discount at the time of registration. A resident is someone who lives, works in or owns property in the city limits of Wooster.
Please note that if you have not completed and turned in a participation waiver for yourself within the last year, you will need to do so before the program starts.

The form is valid for one year from the date it is signed and can be used for multiple programs offered through the Wooster Recreation and Community Center.
