An exercise that uses water resistance to strengthen and tone the entire body but focusing on the legs, back and abdominal muscles. Maintain flexibility; enhance muscle control and endurance using a variety of disciplines, including Water Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. No swimming ability necessary for this shallow water class.
