HIIT with Shaina

Instructor: ShainaA full body, high intensity interval training class that will challenge individuals of all fitness levels. The class will combine cardiovascular work with strength & conditioning training. HIIT workouts challenge all participants to push themselves to their own personal maximal effort with every set and round. Whether your first time participating in a class or not, this class will push you to your fullest potential in order to reach your goals!
BurnoutInstructor: KevinA high- intensity interval training class that offer something different every workout! Cardio, TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes and more!!!
Booty Bootcamp (women's only)Instructor: CamThis class will focus on functional strength and tone of the lower body. It will incorporate equipment such as kettlebells, dumbells and the small loadable barbells. Proper progression will be instructed from the basic form for key exercises in the first week or so, to applying principles of progressive overload with weights and fun plyometric based exercises.
Noon H.I.I.TInstructor: SandraA High Intensity Interval Training class that offers something different every workout! Spin, sport moves, TRX, barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and more!!BURNOUTInstructor: Kevin AbbeyDescription: A High Intensity Interval Training class that offers something different every workout! Lift with LydsInstructor: LydiaA high-energy fitness class to build strength and power in all the muscles of the body to help burn calories in and out of the gym! Build the physique you have always wanted safely.
Cardio KickboxInstructor: SandraA high-energy workout that combines boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio choreography. Build stamina, coordination, flexibility and burn calories as you build a lean body with this fun and challenging workout.
Cardio StepInstructor: ChloeA classic fitness workout that delivers great results, Step has all the benefits if a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints, This choreographed class will challenge you mentally and physically.
SPINInstructors: JulieSpinning is a great indoor cardio workout that blasts up to 400 calories a class, tones legs, sculpts abs and challenges the heart and soul. Appropriate for all levels ... challenge by choice is the motto!!Be part of a community that moves and motivates together.
