This class offers students the opportunity to learn an “Internal” Martial Art (also known as a Soft-Style Martial Art).
Moving Meditation is also a holistic system of health and relaxation grounded in the philosophy of Taoism.
The class touches on the cultural and philosophical underpinnings of the art as appropriate.
Remember to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Shoes that support the feet, slippers, socks, and bare feet are all okay.
Students will be asked to remove high heels, sandals, and other shoes that would impede the safety and required stability to execute the movements from the “root.”
