This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
This class runs for 50 min and consists of 4 min high-intensity or lower intensity training (depending on your needs) and alternates between 20 seconds of your max training followed by a 10 second rest for a total of eight rounds, then a new set of exercises are introduced and repeated. This is a fun and simple workout that burns tons of calories.
You will receive an e-mail approx. 30 minutes prior to your first class with an invitation link to the ZOOM class. This link will be used for your entire session so please make sure to save it. Make sure that your space is prepared with any equipment that you may want/need, your water and if possible, try to be the only one on the internet in your household for the best quality video. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow you into class after the scheduled start time so please make sure to sign into class on time. We are giving everyone a 15 minute window before the scheduled start time to sign on and test your connection. Enjoy!
