Chair yoga helps improve flexibility, strength and balance while cultivating an overall sense of wellbeing. During this 75-minute class, we use yoga and qi gong movements, breath and meditation to align the body, mind and spirit. Students report feeling energized yet peaceful, exercised and inspired. Participants should have a stable chair and yoga mat for the practice. We will also use additional props using common items from home to support the postures.

This class will be taught virtual via Zoom. This will require all participants to have access to internet and a computer as well as a free Zoom account. A class link and waiver will be sent out via email prior to the start of class.
