Come together with us to maintain muscle mass and even build new muscle mass, practice balance, strengthen your core and strengthen neuromuscular patterns. We will also work on flexibility and range of motion. We will move to uplifting music and enjoy each other’s company. Bring 2 or 3 pound weights, water and smile. CLASS WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS.
