Indy Island Swim Club is a fun and exciting club for individuals looking for conditioning before the summer swim team starts up. The class is designed to teach and or build on techniques; freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly. all participants need to be able to swim at least one full length of the pool, unassisted. that will help keep individuals safe while conditioning with the coaches in the water..
