Tricep Dips
Mountain Climbers
Side Plank w/Twist
Snap Jumps

Bouzinova recommends mountain climbers and snap jumps because they add an extra element of cardio that will help you burn fat more quickly while toning up. 

When it comes to her absolute favorite move, "commando" ranks No. 1. "It seems simple and uses just your body weight but is actually very tough and gives you beautiful definition in your upper arms and core," she says.
