A yoga class for all levels and abilities. Our instructor will guide you and help you explore the mindful art of yoga. In addition to the physical benefits of yoga, the class will focus on breathing techniques, stretching, and relaxation. Members can participate on the floor or by using a chair. This class is being offered in a HYBRID format, meaning that members can choose whether they will attend in-person or on zoom. Please select the format you will be attending as your register.
