Are you a little older, or a little younger, or maybe just a little tired or out of shape? Don't let that stop you, give our Boxing class a try! This 45 minute class will get you moving, get you sweating, and get you feeling better. Just good ol' fashioned, go at your own pace, fun boxing! This is a great class for Boxing or Fitness beginners who want to get started training.

Wednesday: Youth (8-14)
Saturday: Youth 2-3pm, Adults 3-4pm
