This class is designed for those who have completed Confidence Building Martial Arts Level 1 and are ready to put their skills into practice. Continue to enjoy a great workout while taking what you have learned to the next level. Taught by Master Paul Villamor, 7th degree black belt and three-time world champion.
Purchase of T-Shirt & belt from instructor is optional.
