Description
This circuit training workout will combine cardio, muscle endurance and core training. Baby will be at parents side, motivating and used as resistance. A fun, energizing bonding work out. Please bring stroller or car seat.
It is recommended that babies are 6 weeks to pre-crawling. If child is crawling, please bring a car seat or stroller to each class. Please be sure you have clean indoor shoes and strollers are wiped down before entering gym area.
