We're sorry, but online registration is not allowed for this activity. Group Exercise classes, Yoga & Pilates and personal training are available for full members of the facility. Please contact us during regular business hours for registration information.
Class will be held as long as the temperature is at least 26 degrees and no other inclement weather. A challenging class that combines cardio and strength training. This class consists of phases of high-intensity work such as jump squats, burpees or alternating side lunges, followed by phases of moderate or low-intensity recovery.
