About this event

Description

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, February 17, 2021.

Buying or selling real estate in Vancouver is a high-stakes, complex enterprise, and COVID-19 adds a whole new dimension to it. But real estate is considered an essential service, and you can buy and sell safely during these challenging times. In this seminar, we’ll explain the essentials of buying and selling, discuss the market, financing and downsizing – and how you can do all of it while minimizing the risk. Finally, we’ll tell you what you should expect from your Realtor® to ensure that your interests are protected and that you obtain the best possible outcome from your real estate transaction. Please note that this is an educational seminar, not a sales seminar. Registration required, please make sure your email address is included when register - registration close on Mon Feb 15.
This is an Online Workshop on Webex by Cisco - Registrants will received an email invite to attend the workshop.
Maureen Stout, Ph.D., is a Realtor® with Sutton Group West Coast Realty, and a former university professor and author. Paul Richard, MBA, is a former CEO and business coach.
