Tai Chi is a form of martial arts that is used to promote health and energy. Practitioners range in age from children to adults and it is not uncommon to see senior citizens participating in this martial art in parks around the world. We will be studying the Tai Chi long form developed by Chen Pan-Ling and refined by Chang I Chung.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, preferably flat.
