Sorry! Registration for this activity can only be completed at the Colony Park Community Center, 5599 Traffic Way, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Tai Chi, moving meditation, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Benefits include: increased energy strength, flexibility, balance, enhance the immune system, and quality of sleep.
