This yoga class is about the gentle flow of yoga poses modified to an individual's needs depending on their balance level. Improve balance, flexibility, posture and stamina and energize mind and spirit for better health and well being. No experience needed. Students must bring their own yoga mat. Instructor Sarit Lamas. Registration is required. Limit 12 participants. Masks are required indoors.
