Zumba® is a dance fitness class designed for everyone. We will dance to Latin and World rhythms like meringue, salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, soca, dancehall, and bhangra! This class is designed to incorporate low intensity and high intensity songs for maximum calorie burn. Cues, progressions, and modifications will be offered. We will work on cardio, muscle conditioning, flexibility, balance, and coordination while having fun! Zumba® brings people together for an awesome dance fitness party. Come join us!
