This class is recommended for individuals looking for more internal training with soft movements while social distancing outside (weather permitting). Class involves breathing techniques for energy and circulation called Chi Kung (with gentle stretching). This class offers Tai Chi training from beginner to advanced, in the traditional Yang Style with endless benefits over time. Progression helps with relaxation, circulation health, body balancing and posture. Tai Chi is beneficial to your mind, body and spirit. Participants should bring a MASK. Instructor: Jim Duffey (5 weeks).
