Spring Valley's rustic and scenic log cabin is once again open for yoga classes. Nurture your mind and body in this relaxing setting and connect with nature. These 14-week classes are perfect for either beginners or those with previous yoga experience. Participants must bring their own yoga mat and small blanket and are welcome to bring straps and blocks if they wish. Space is limited, so register early for these weekly sessions. Participants may park at the Cabin. No class Nov. 23-25.
