"Ditch the work out-Join the party!" Dance, socialize, and burn lots of calories with this fun modifies Zumba option for active older adults. Zumba Gold recreates all the same Zumba moves you know and love with lower intensity and lower impact while still focusing on balance, range of motion, and coordination. COVID guidelines will be implemented and practiced at each class meeting. The City of San Jose is following the county guidelines and will continue to monitor and make the necessary changes to meet the county guidelines.
