There will be various costs associated with traveling and participating in competitions if student is invited to attend. Non-competitive Speech and/or Debate: The goal of our non-competitive program is to build students up, so that they can qualify to attend tournaments. The most enriching, fulfilling academic experiences can be divided into three categories: real-world education, academics, and fun. It is our goal to ensure that every student gains the skills necessary to communicate effectively in the real word. While our program does emphasize competition and a commitment to excellence, the primary goal is for our students to communicate with conviction, to become an advocate for social change, and to become a voice for the voiceless. Even though students do not have initial access to tournaments, they can be invited to attend selected tournaments if the coach feels that they have reached a level of expertise.
