It provides club members with an ability to train on trademark datasets (MNIST, CIFAR10) using common industrial implementations and models (k-nearest neighbors, convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks) to become competent future data scientists. Contents Covered in the Club: - Linear Algebra Fundamentals (Vector Algebra, One-Hot Encoding) - Python Fundamentals and Libraries (ScikitLearn, Keras,Tensorflow, PyTorch) - K -Nearest Neighbor machine learning model - Loss Minimization and Model Optimization (Hinge Loss, Cross Entropy, Regressions) - Feed-Forward Neural Networks and Activation Functions (relu, softmax, and sigmoid) - Convolutional Neural Networks and Optimizations - Recurrent Neural Networks - Club will culminate with ML-based individual projects.
