Chair Yoga focuses on improving flexibility, balance and ease in movement. During this 75-minute class, we use breath, movement and meditation to align the body, mind and spirit. Students report feeling energized yet peaceful, exercised and inspired. Great for all ages and abilities. This class will be taught via video conference on Zoom. Participants should have a stable chair and yoga mat for the practice. We will also use additional props using common items from home to support the postures. Instructor: Elizabeth Fletcher, RYT-500
