Class begins with a 10 minute warm-up exercise. Then class will practice many Tai Chi forms beginning with 8 form, then 16 form, 24 form, 48 form, and 42 form. After a brief pause, class will continue with Tai Chi sword and Tai Chi fan routines. Please note this is not an instructional class. Prior experience with Tai Chi forms is required to benefit from class. Facemasks are recommended.
