The YMCA’s Women’s Self Defense class will teach women the basic skills necessary to protect themselves in case of an attack.
Women will learn: • Situational awareness • Techniques to improve striking and hitting to get maximum power • Locations of where to hit opponent to achieve the most debilitating results • The use of available tools in your surroundings as weapons and shields
