Get up and get moving from the comfort of your own home with Virtual Group Fitness classes on Zoom. Parker Parks and Recreation offers a variety of virtual classes at different times of each day with your favorite instructors.
The Monthly Virtual Group Fitness Access registration allows you entry to any of our Virtual Group Fitness class offerings for the stated calendar month; Monday through Sunday. After registering, a Zoom link will be sent to access the classes. The link will change weekly. Reference the online schedule at www.parkerrec.com/groupfitness to find real-time information about class times, class formats and instructors/substitutes.
