NOT HELD 9/13 - THIS IS A CHANGE FROM THE BROCHURE! Learn the most widely practiced form of physical fitness in the world. This course presents the Yang 24, (the "International ") Form of Tai Chi and Yang Style Qigong, a series of exercises that can be done anywhere for better breathing, balance and overall fitness. The Yang Style is adaptable for any level of ability, as long as the participant can stand for at least 5 minutes.
