Description
Fitness Warriors 1 Step 2 Health will challenge your muscles and mind in new ways by ramping your calorie burn through cardio, dance, circuit training, hula hoop, and yoga movement. Bring athletic shoes, comfortable clothing, a small hand towel, water bottle, and yoga mat. Come prepared to have fun and sweat!
