This Level I class emphasizes a twenty-seven movement Tai Chi sequence and exercises from Bagua, Xingyi, Qigong, Yoga; with Meditation included for maintaining overall health and well-being. Studies have shown the effectiveness of Tai Chi in improving overall well-being, easing chronic disease conditions and preventing falls. Exercises are adapted to ensure balanced development of body structure and ease of movement. Participants will receive both group and personal coaching. Wear loose fitting clothing.
