PiYo is an exercise class that is unlike any other. This hybrid athletic workout combines practices of yoga and pilates as well as the principles of strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. It includes modifications, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants. Above all, it is fun and will make you fee fantastic!
