Tai Chi is the martial art that can be practiced by practically anyone. It promotes relaxation and better health. Through a series of slow, precise movements, we work with the body’s natural form to improve strength, focus, and balance. In a fun and supportive atmosphere, beginners will start with bare hand forms and can progress to sword, spear, fan, and other applications as they advance. With sincere apologies, only people who have previously taken Tai Chi from MAI are being enrolled this session.
