Tai Chi is the martial art that can be practiced by practically anyone. Tai Chi's slow, precise movements promote relaxation and better health while improving strength, focus, and balance. In a fun and supportive atmosphere, participants start with a basic bare hand form then progress through a curriculum that includes (5) bare hand, (2) sword, (2) spear, and fan forms. Each class features, warm ups, fundamental exercises, Tai Chi forms, and Qigong breathing exercises. In addition to the regular weekly programs are periodic theory discussions, Qigong forms, and a meditation. This class is great for ALL AGES.
