1-hour class, $6 drop-in fee/ class, FREE for 55+ Lifestyle Members. Tue/Thu 9:30-10:30 a.m. No Class 12/23/2021 Get introduced to yoga postures, alignment and breathing to promote energy and restore balance. Bring your yoga matt, towel and bottle water.
