You have the choice of participating via Zoom or in-person. We will email out Zoom instructions to all participants prior to the first class. Due to the new Public Health order going out on June 2, masks are not required to be worn indoors. We do recommend that those who are participating in-person, who are not vaccinated, wear a mask for the safety of our participants.
This is a low-impact cardio and strength-training fitness class which also includes balancing exercises, stability work and stretching. Standing and sitting exercises with optional chair support. Class is designed for a moderate, beginner to intermediate level work out. If you are attending in-person, please wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made before the registration deadline listed are subject to $5.00 administrative charge. Refunds or credits will not be issued after the registration deadline.Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable. Refunds can be put back on your credit card, placed as a credit on your account or by check that will be mailed out (check refunds take 2-3 weeks to receive).
