All classes will take place on Zoom. Recreation Department will email out instructions prior to the first class. Class begins on a Thursday and there is no class on 6/17. Low-impact cardio and strength-training fitness class which also includes balancing exercises, stability work and stretching. Standing and sitting exercises with optional chair support. Class is designed for a moderate, beginner to intermediate level work out.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made before the registration deadline listed are subject to $5.00 administrative charge. Refunds or credits will not be issued after the registration deadline.Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable. Refunds can be put back on your credit card, placed as a credit on your account or by check that will be mailed out (check refunds take 2-3 weeks to receive).
