CoeDynamics small group Pilates Core Challenge sessions will offer personalized attention and diversified Pilates equipment, rotating equipment on a weekly basis. Workouts for all muscles. Choose 2 classes per week. Schedule as follows: Monday at 11am, Tuesday at 8:15am or Friday at 11am. No class 7/1 and 7/4.
