In this gentle yoga class that will be held Tuesday and Friday's you will learn basic postures for strength and agility. Gentle stretching exercises are included for building flexibility. Breathing and relaxation techniques help improve focus and concentration. This class is recommended and designed for beginners and those who benefit from a slower pace course. This class will be tough outdoors at Lomita Park. Shade and chairs will be provided to students. More information on your class will be emailed to you by your instructor.
