Practice more advanced poses and work to better control your breathing to improve oxygenation and alleviate stress. This class will help increase muscle flexibility and bone strength as well as develop will power and concentration. Intermediate classes are designed for those with previous Yoga experience. Challenge yourself while improving your mental and physical stamina.
