Why Mindfulness Meditation?An encouraging outcome of mindfulness meditation is that the results are noticeable so quickly. Decades of research have demonstrated numerous benefits. After the four week session you will walk away having learned specific methods that will lead to:

Teacher - Sally Martinez has been practicing meditation for over fifteen years and mindfulness meditation (also known as Vipassana or Insight Meditation) for two years. Sally is currently a student of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program managed by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She is in her practicum year of the program, and passionate about sharing the knowledge she is absorbing. Sally coordinates the wellness programing at the City. Her passion is bringing the community together in positive ways to uplift everyone in a collective setting.
