Join this gentle yoga class to learn the foundations of physical postures (asanas) as well as breathing techniques (pranayama), focus inward and calm your nervous system at the end of the day. We move slow and focus on smart sustainable alignment, developing awareness of body & breath. Suitable for all levels, as more experienced students can slow down and get into the deeper aspects of their practice. You will be invited to unwind with a guided meditation and a few restorative poses towards to end of class.
