Description
In this 75 minute barefoot therapeutic class we will move and flow in different ways to energize and balance the bodies systems. Using rehabilitative exercises, self-massage techniques, somatic and primal movements, qigong, reflexology, breath work etc.
It will be a deep dive into your body, through movement and breath, and you will learn many techniques and tips to take home and continue your healing journey. Great for every body - especially for those struggling with aches and pains, sleep or lymphatic issues, physical/emotional/energetic blockages.
All you need for this class is a mat, water, and an open mind!
