This is Spin with a twist. Each class will incorporate spin simulations combined with exercises. Exercises will change from time to time. Those who would rather just spin can stay on the bike as others exercise. Lots of variety and fun challenges. Great cardio along with toning exercises. Feel the burn! Bring water and a towel.
