An hour class that incorporates 35 minutes of yoga postures (asanas) followed by 25 minutes of full body stretching, flexibility and balance movements. This class is designed for all ages and is of benefit to deconditioned participants as well as to athletes. It can be a class to get you back in contact with your body or alleviate soreness and tightness from your athletic/sports pursuits or routine activities.
