Learn the art of creating mouthwatering French recipes using the freshest, seasonal vegetables and flavorful herbs. Chef Gregory Webb will guide you in preparing a spread that would be the envy of any Parisian. Recipes includes a delightful Spring Salad, succulent Cornish Hens, a delectable Au Jus Liaison, a vibrant Spring Vegetable Medley, and a fragrant orange scented Wild Rice Pilaf garnished with crunchy almonds. Immerse yourself in this class as it offers the perfect opportunity to warmly embrace the arrival of spring with an array of delicious, fresh dishes.
This class will be taught by Greg Webb, chef and owner of the new, award-winning Laperaux The Journeymanchef's French Bistro, located in Germantown. Laperaux, LLC specializes in traditional French dishes using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients in a casual bistro setting.
This is an in-person hands-on class. Participants will work with the chef instructor in our kitchen to prepare the recipes listed in the class description. Everyone will then get to enjoy these recipes together.
No refunds will be granted for Let’s Cook@Casey programs. A one-time registration transfer is available to a Let’s Cook@Casey class of equal value if the exchange request is submitted in writing to LetsCook@gaithersburgmd.gov no less than 48 hours before the scheduled program time.
